Thanksgiving

If your eyes are bigger than your stomach, you might go into a food coma! In this lesson, students will discuss the significance of the American holiday Thanksgiving and examine the traditional dishes associated with it. Students will learn and practice using prepositional phrases of place. Students will also identify traditional dishes from a holiday celebrated in their culture. This lesson includes plenty of engaging discussion activities and worksheets that have been developed for adult and teenage learners.
